1. Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

2. Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed through our online store https://www.fimfio.com.

3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer from us, but rather is an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following provisions apply: The consumer makes a binding offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online store.

The order is completed in the following steps:

2. Confirmation by clicking the 'Order' button
3. Review of the information in the shopping cart
4. Clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button
5. Entering billing and payment details
6. Binding submission of the order by clicking the 'Buy Now' button
7. The consumer can return to the webpage displaying the shopping cart by pressing the 'Back' button in their internet browser before submitting the order and can cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately through an automatically generated email ('Order Confirmation'). With this, we accept your offer.

5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online store: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also access the terms and conditions at any time at https://fimfio.com/agb .

3. Prices, Payment

1) The prices displayed in the shop are the final prices plus shipping costs. According to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is excluded and therefore does not need to be shown. Shipping costs are additionally charged. gemäß der nachfolgenden Aufstellung siehe Punkt 4. Versandkosten.

2) The consumer has the option to pay by credit card, instant bank transfer, or PayPal.

FIMFIO will inform you of the shipping costs in the order form. The goods will be shipped via DHL Paket GmbH.

Within Europe
For shipping within the EU, we charge EUR 8.99 per order.

Outside Europe
Outside of Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we charge EUR 15.99 shipping costs per order. The order value for deliveries to non-EU countries is limited to a maximum of EUR 1,000.00 net per order.

Please note that for orders with a delivery country outside the EU, any additional costs such as customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery

1) Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for shipment immediately. The delivery will take place no later than 7 business days. The delivery period begins in the case of payment by prepayment on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank entrusted with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.

2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon delivery of the item, even in the case of a shipment sale.

5. Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the full payment of the purchase price has been made.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

7. Language of the Contract

The language of the contract is exclusively German.

8. Care

Please follow the Care Instructions, found on the labels of our items. If care instructions are not properly followed, if alterations are made to the products, or if care products that we have advised against or explicitly declared unsuitable are used, there will be no warranty claim.
