Who We Are​

Hello! It's me, Sarah, the one who creates all your beautiful knitted pieces. I'm the founder of the one-woman business called FIMFIO, and my goal is to act creatively and responsibly through my brand, contributing to a more environmentally conscious world. As a textile engineer, I've worked for five years in various knitting companies, gaining a wealth of knowledge that I now pour into this brand. My main motivation is not to further increase the already existing excess of things in our world, but to use what is already there, repurpose it, and transform it into your wonderful products.

These are my machine assistants that help me create your knitted pieces.

Knitting Machine

The heart of my small machine park. With this machine, I hand-knit your products.

Linking Machine

Stitch by stitch, the linking machine joins the knitted pieces together

Overlock

This is used to shorten the straps to the correct length and directly finish the edges

Sewing Machine

For small sewing tasks on for exaple the accessories

Card Punch

The hole punch is used to create the punch cards for the knitting machine, which allows it to read the designed knitting patterns

Colour Changer

Allowing quick colour changes on the knitting machine
